STAGEV Electric Vehicle Chargers (CORE / PRO / INTELLI models)
§ 1. General Provisions
This document defines the rules for granting, exercising and the scope of the warranty for STAGEV brand wallbox electric vehicle chargers in the CORE, PRO and INTELLI models (11 kW and 22 kW), manufactured by AC S.A. (hereinafter referred to as the “Product”), with its registered office in Białystok, ul. 42 Pułku Piechoty 50, 15‑181 Białystok, entered into the National Court Register under KRS no. 0000294978, NIP: 966‑13‑19‑418, REGON: 050643816, BDO: 000005063 (hereinafter referred to as the “Manufacturer” / “Guarantor”).
The warranty is granted to the final purchaser (user) of the Product (hereinafter referred to as the “Purchaser”) and is valid in the territory of the Republic of Poland and in other countries where the Product was purchased from an official seller certified by the Manufacturer (hereinafter referred to as the “Seller”), the current list of which is available at:

§ 2. Warranty Period
The warranty is granted for the following periods:
- CORE model: defects revealed within 3 years,
- PRO model: defects revealed within 3 years,
- INTELLI model: defects revealed within 4 years,
calculated from the date of sale of the Product to the Purchaser, confirmed by a receipt or VAT invoice.
In the event of warranty repair consisting of:
- replacement of the Product – the warranty period runs anew from the date of delivery of the new Product,
- major repair of the Product – the warranty period runs anew from the date of return of the repaired Product,
- replacement of a Product component – the warranty period runs anew for the replaced component from the date of return of the repaired Product,
- minor repair of the Product – the warranty period is extended by the time during which, due to the defect, the Purchaser could not use the Product.
§ 3. Scope of Warranty
The warranty covers the correct operation of the Product and defects resulting from causes inherent in the Product.
Covered by the warranty:
- material, structural and manufacturing defects, including defects of the enclosure, control panel, display, electronics (main board, control modules, protections), charging cable and Type 2 plug, firmware software and the STAGEV Connect application within its functional scope,
- system errors resulting from manufacturing defects.
The warranty does not cover:
- effects of installation contrary to the installation manual or electrical regulations,
- effects of electrical system failures (e.g. surges, lack of proper grounding, improper protection),
- damage caused by external factors (e.g. moisture, fire, lightning strike, flooding, extreme weather conditions),
- mechanical damage, vandalism, corrosion,
- effects of non-compliance with the operating instructions and generally accepted rules of use for this type of product, including using the Product contrary to its intended purpose,
- effects of normal wear and tear (e.g. fading of enclosure colors, surface scratches),
- other damage caused by the fault of the user or third parties.
Expiry of the Warranty
The warranty expires in its entirety in the event of:
- any changes and/or modifications to the Product, including its software or firmware,
- defacing, removal or damage to the serial number,
- opening the Product enclosure by unauthorized persons.
§ 4. Warranty Claim Procedure
1. Warranty rights
During the warranty period, the Purchaser is entitled to have a defect covered by the warranty remedied. The basis for exercising warranty rights is possession of the original, correctly completed warranty card and proof of purchase.
2. Defect notification
To exercise warranty rights, the Purchaser must notify the defect immediately.
Defects may be reported via:
– Online: using the form at www.stag-ev.com/warranty (recommended)
– E-mail: warranty@stag-ev.com
– Seller: the entity from whom the Purchaser purchased the Product
The notification should include:
– Purchaser’s contact details (name, e‑mail, phone number, installation address),
– Product model (CORE / PRO / INTELLI),
– Product serial number,
– purchase date and invoice/receipt number,
– defect description (detailed problem description, error code if displayed),
– date the defect occurred,
– copy of proof of purchase,
– copy of the completed warranty card,
– copy of the installation report confirming installation by an authorized electrician,
– copy of warranty inspection documentation,
– photos of the Product and the defect location (recommended).
3. Processing of the warranty claim
Initially, the Manufacturer performs remote diagnostics (via the STAGEV Connect application or by phone). If a physical inspection is required, the Purchaser must deliver the Product to the Seller or another indicated location (at the Manufacturer’s expense, unless the Purchaser chooses a different delivery method, in which case the Purchaser bears the cost).
The Manufacturer reserves the right to inspect the Product at the Purchaser’s location.
The defect will be remedied within up to 30 business days from the delivery of a complete claim and the Product to the Seller (if required to verify or remedy the defect). In justified cases, this period may be extended.
The Manufacturer may, at its discretion:
– repair the Product,
– replace the Product with a new or technically equivalent one,
– refund the purchase price to the Purchaser’s indicated bank account (in exceptional cases where repair or replacement is not possible).
§ 5. Installation Requirements
To maintain warranty rights, the Product must be installed by a person holding appropriate electrical qualifications in accordance with national regulations (in Poland: SEP qualification certificate group E or equivalent), confirmed by the installation date, license number, signature and stamp of the installer in the warranty card, and in accordance with the installation manual and applicable construction and electrical regulations of the country of installation.
§ 6. Warranty Inspections
For PRO and INTELLI models:
Maintaining the warranty requires a warranty inspection every 12 months (+/‑ 1 month) from the installation date.
The inspection is ordered and paid for by the Purchaser and must be:
– performed by a qualified electrician,
– confirmed by an entry in the warranty card,
– carried out in accordance with the scope specified in the STAGEV service manual.
For the CORE model:
Warranty inspections are not required but are recommended to maintain optimal Product performance.
§ 7. Costs
Costs covered by the Guarantor:
– repair or replacement of the defective Product,
– delivery as indicated by the Manufacturer (within Poland),
– return of the repaired/replaced Product to the Purchaser
Costs borne by the Purchaser:
– disassembly and reinstallation of the Product (electrical installation), unless the Purchaser is a consumer.
Costs related to unjustified warranty claims are borne by the Purchaser.
§ 8. Final Provisions
Consumer rights
In the event of non-conformity of the Product with the contract, the Purchaser is entitled to statutory remedies against the Seller in accordance with Polish law. The warranty does not affect these rights.
Personal data
Personal data of the Purchaser is processed by AC S.A. as the data controller for warranty purposes, in accordance with GDPR (EU) 2016/679.
Governing law
These Warranty Terms are governed by Polish law.
